Uncertain T - Gold Version
The "T" - before and after
This model was issued by Monogram in 1966-1967. It was one of my first models to be built. I managed to find most of the parts, and scratchbuilt the rest. After 45+ years, it's time to rebuild the "T".
As I built it in the late 60's.
Ready for the "purple pond".
(Rebuilt) front axle and exhaust pipes sprayed with Spaz-stix chrome. Intake tubes, rear rims, and wind-up key were made from aluminum.
Added red taillight lenses.
Added real leather on the roof.
Dizzy cap is from Kris Morgan.
Paint is Testors one step Inca Gold spray.
A pet peeve of mine is mold lines on the engine/trans.
